Right of Withdrawal (Products Eligible for Return)

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return within 14 days of the delivery date of the products, as provided for by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Conditions for exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

The product must be returned intact, unused, in perfect condition and in its complete original packaging (including any accessories, manuals, labels, seals, etc.).
The product must be returned within 14 days of notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Products NOT Eligible for Return):

In accordance with Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is excluded and returns are not accepted for:

The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery (e.g. drinks, snacks, sweets once the packaging has been opened).
The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. fresh products or products with a short shelf life).
Customized or made-to-measure products.

How to start a return request:

To initiate the return process, please email us at info@fantasyfood.shop within 14 days of delivery. In your email, please specify:

The order number.
The product(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return (optional, but useful for us).

We will provide you with all the necessary instructions for return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs:

Direct shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, except in the specific cases indicated below.

Reimbursement:

Once we have received the returned product and verified its integrity and compliance with the return conditions, we will issue the refund.
The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and verifying the return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The refund will include the cost of the returned products and, if applicable, the initial standard shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

Defective, Damaged or Shipping Error Products:

In the event that you have received a defective product, damaged during transport or different from the one ordered due to an error attributable to Fantasy Food

Please contact us immediately at info@fantasyfood.shop, attaching photos or videos demonstrating the defect or damage.
In these specific cases, the shipping costs for returning the product will be covered by Fantasy Food, and we will provide a replacement or full refund.
